This is a nice wall mountable light. Easy to install and the switch is a nice feature. It was great for me because I had limited space for installation. My only complaint is that it seems to radiate a lot of heat. The glass shade is very hot to the touch. I would recommend using a smaller wattage bulb than what is included with the light. Very well made lights work remote is simple and works. I read other reviewer and thought the light emitted would be less than I find it is. Wanted something pretty to look at during the day and for use as a "glorified nightlight" during nights and for those electrical black out times instead of fumbling for a flashlight.
