Looks Terrific on the Wall

I used two of these sconces to set off either side of a large piece of artwork on an end wall of the room. These were perfect and really look good. I used 75 watt halogen bulbs that are dimmable and provide non-glare lighting that is bright and fill the wall area with light.

This is a nice wall mountable light. Easy to install and the switch is a nice feature. It was great for me because I had limited space for installation. My only complaint is that it seems to radiate a lot of heat. The glass shade is very hot to the touch. I would recommend using a smaller wattage bulb than what is included with the light. Very well made lights work remote is simple and works. I read other reviewer and thought the light emitted would be less than I find it is. Wanted something pretty to look at during the day and for use as a "glorified nightlight" during nights and for those electrical black out times instead of fumbling for a flashlight. This is a great high-quality product if you're looking for an alternative to hard-wired wall lighting. You can put this sconce anywhere since it's wireless/battery operated. Also the price can't be beat. The only reason why I gave it 4-stars instead of 5-stars is that the multi-color feature cannot be synced between the two sconces I purchased but I don't like to use that feature anyway.
